Description
Our city (Raleigh, North Carolina) puts on a festival at the beginning of every December called "Winterfest". Each year I am asked to do a painting at the event. The painting is then presented to the "Downtown Citizen of the Year" (or something like that) at a fancy function in February. I think this is my fourth Winterfest painting. Looking forward to doing more.
