I have painted Raleigh's "Winterfest" for the past 5 or 6 years. It is a delightful festival on the first Saturday in December that celebrates the opening of our downtown Holiday Season, as well as our outdoor skating rink. Each year Raleigh's Downtown Alliance presents the painting to their Leadership Award recipient.
